In Short

• Own the customer experience by providing initial and ongoing Medical Device quality and product development-related services to customers.
• Ensure customers are most effectively utilizing their Greenlight Guru eQMS in accordance with Medical Device industry best practices.
• Work closely with customer teams to understand their business objectives, pain points, and measures of success.
• Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Customer Success Managers with strategic calls and customer milestone reviews.
• Serve as a key thought leader in the Medical Device industry.
• Assist the Product team with roadmap prioritization and product feedback.
• Creation and maintain the Greenlight Guru Academy training materials and courses.
• Adhere to process and the usage of critical systems, including Salesforce and Gainsight.

Requirements

• 3+ years working in the medical device industry, preferably with a role of Product Development Engineer, Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, or similar.
