The Business Analyst supports both client delivery and proposal development across government contracts, with a focus on business operations, process documentation, and workflow clarity. This is an associate-level role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a collaborative consulting environment.

• Assist with the development of SOPs and internal playbooks

Requirements

• Prior experience in federal or state contracting
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and documenting processes
• Familiarity with project tracking tools
• PMP or desire to obtain a PMP preferred
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Ability to translate client requests into documentation
• Experience in healthcare service delivery preferred
• Strong communication skills
