Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, evidence-driven, and culturally responsive Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our expanding outpatient behavioral health team in California.

In Short

• Conduct psychological intakes and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Tailor treatment plans to reflect client identities and goals.
• Provide psychodiagnostic testing and formal assessments (optional).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.
• Engage in regular case consultation and peer support.
• Participate in continued professional education.
• Option to supervise pre-licensed clinicians.
• Contribute to training program development (if interested).

Requirements

• PsyD or PhD in Psychology.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Experience in outpatient mental health services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
