Python Developer - Remote

Overview

Gluo is seeking a support Developer to maintain and optimize Order Management Systems (OMS) and Point of Sale (POS) platforms, providing development support and ensuring smooth system operations.

In Short

• Provide technical support for OMS and POS systems.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop and maintain APIs.
• Track and document support requests using a ticketing system.
• Analyze incident trends to identify recurring issues.
• Work closely with software developers to validate changes.
• Provide feedback on system improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Python and serverless computing.
• Expertise in Event-Driven Architecture and message brokers.
• Knowledge of OMS and POS platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS services is a plus.
• Knowledge of headless architectures is a plus.
