Overview

As a remote Benefits Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting union members with their benefits inquiries and enrollment processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in benefits administration or related field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Zoom and computers.
