Overview

GFN GmbH, a training provider specializing in IT, supports individuals across Germany in their further education and career reorientation. We are looking for permanent or freelance employees to serve as trainers in our IT training programs for application development and system integration.

In Short

• Act as a contact person for all general topics related to the training of participants.
• Supervise operational project work of trainees.
• Be a liaison for GFN internship companies.
• Maintain contact with the relevant IHK.
• Conduct training sessions in the funded education sector.
• Assist in the development of practical projects.
• Support participants in their training journey.
• Engage with diverse groups of learners.
• Continuously improve personal qualifications.
• Participate in internal and external training opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Application Development or System Integration, or IT studies.
• Residence in the Hamburg metropolitan area (commutable area).
• Completed trainer qualification (AEVO) or willingness to obtain it.
• Several years of professional experience in IT.
• Ideally, experience with IHK topics such as exam requirements and project work.
• Teaching experience in adult education, preferably in funded education.
• Willingness to work with heterogeneous groups.
• Commitment to continuous education.
