In Short

Investigate and resolve incidents related to RPC interfaces.
Diagnose performance issues and errors in RPC responses.
Use observability tools to monitor and analyze service behavior.
Analyze routing, timeouts, and load balancing issues.
Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams for root cause identification.
Create and maintain troubleshooting playbooks.
Analyze node availability and performance metrics.
Provide RCA reports with action items.

Requirements

3+ years in a Tech Support, SRE, or DevOps role.
Strong understanding of API protocols.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools.
Hands-on experience with Envoy Proxy.
Solid understanding of Linux systems.
Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
Proficient with API testing tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
Experience with issue tracking and documentation tools.
