Overview

A Gather Behavioral Health Therapist is an integral part of the care journey for our Adult clients. Therapists provide personalized outpatient individual, group, and family therapy that is done in collaboration with other team members utilizing comprehensive evidence-based treatment.

In Short

• Work remotely with flexible hours based on client needs.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a case load and clinical records.
• Participate in clinical consultation groups.
• Conduct intake evaluations and generate discharge plans.
• Stay updated on advancements in eating disorder treatment.
• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences required.
• Independent licensure in Minnesota required.
• Experience with DBT, CBT, and family therapy preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
• Independent licensure in Minnesota required.
• Experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.
• Eating disorders treatment experience preferred.
