In Short

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to deliver complex projects — including ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and integration efforts — on time and within scope.
• Manage project governance, including stakeholder alignment, risk management, communication plans, and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing scalable frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale financial or enterprise projects in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• 3+ years of direct project management experience leading cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Background in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS preferred.
• Proficient in GSuite, Slack, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Financials, SAP) and financial planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

• The compensation range for this position is $136,000-$170,000.
