Future in Living - Immobilien GmbH is a growth-oriented real estate agency operating throughout Austria, specializing in the sale of properties. We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Agent/Broker to join our team.

In Short

• Position: Real Estate Agent/Broker (M/W/D)
• Locations: Austria - Vienna, Lower Austria, Styria, Carinthia, Salzburg, Upper Austria, Burgenland
• Flexible working hours based on agreement
• Regular acquisition of new customer contracts in real estate brokerage
• Consulting and support for clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting process
• Self-directed property photography and data collection
• Building and maintaining a referral network
• Online documentation and management of business-related activities
• High commission participation and ongoing leads provided

Requirements

• Experience in the real estate industry, preferably in brokerage
• Strong service orientation with a focus on performance and goals
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to work under stress and be helpful
• Fluency in German, with additional languages being a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willingness to participate in internal training programs
• Driver's license (B) and own car required
