HazteOír is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Legal Campaigner to strengthen our advocacy efforts through legal action, litigation, and public-interest legal strategies. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of law, media, and activism, helping shape campaigns that create real cultural and political impact.

In Short

• Strengthen campaigns through legal strategies, including judicial actions.
• Establish and manage relationships with law firms and legal professionals.
• Prepare and submit legal documents, appeals, complaints, and lawsuits.
• Analyze possible legal proceedings that could be initiated in ongoing cases.
• Monitor and update the status of legal cases.
• Develop legal strategies in collaboration with Campaigns and Communication teams.
• Draft and disseminate press releases focused on legal matters.
• Communicate with media specialized in court matters.
• Research legal cases, prepare witness statements, and provide comprehensive legal reports.
• Coordinate with Media Campaigners to prepare spokespersons for media appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree; master’s degree and bar membership preferred.
• Ability to work independently on legal actions and projects.
• Strong legal research, analysis, and document drafting skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI for legal tasks.
• Experience in public interest litigation or advocacy campaigns.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Passionate about defending life, family, and freedom.
• High professionalism and results-oriented delivery under deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills and comfortable in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
