• Help build, automate, and scale creative workflows across DTC eCommerce brands.
• Architect and maintain smart, flexible creative workflows using tools like n8n and Zapier.
• Connect tools across scripting, asset generation, voiceover, and creative handoff pipelines.
• Use Airtable to track concepts and automate project workflows.
• Document workflows and build robust SOPs for creative operations.
• Monitor and improve the AI tech stack for creative production.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
• Familiarity with tools for generative AI and media versioning is a plus.
• Strong documentation skills and a systems-thinking mindset are essential.
• Previous experience in a DTC or performance marketing environment is a bonus.

Requirements

• Proven experience automating workflows with tools like Zapier or n8n.
• Solid understanding of creative production processes in digital marketing.
• Ability to work across teams and translate creative needs into scalable systems.
• Experience with Airtable, Notion, or other low-code platforms.
• Strong documentation skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
• Bonus: Previous experience in DTC or performance marketing.
