Summary

The Web Engineer is responsible for bringing creativity and agility to make an immediate impact to help Foxbox clients build indispensable products. You will be contributing to the growth and evolution of our clients existing PHP web application. You will play a key role in integrating systems, implementing new features, and enhancing the overall performance of the product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the application remains robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a high-performance PHP Laravel web application.
• Assist in mapping out the future state of the product.
• Write and maintain unit tests using PHPUnit.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and client meetings.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Ensure best practices for security and data protection.
• Stay up to date with backend development trends and technologies.

• Accurately log billable and non-billable hours daily.

Requirements

• Experience with PHP and Laravel framework.
