Overview

The Emergency Service Travel Specialist provides after hours services for Fox World Travel clients, both domestically and internationally, ensuring excellent customer service and support.

In Short

  • Provide travel services for domestic and international itineraries.
  • Counsel clients on routes, airfares, and travel products.
  • Ensure optimum customer service through effective use of systems.
  • Maintain adherence to client procedures and policies.
  • Assist with online booking tools and reservations.
  • Process exchanges, voids, and refunds.
  • Maintain knowledge of airline practices and vendor programs.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Drive standards and best practices in customer service.
  • Engage in continual improvement and training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related business travel experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • GDS proficiency, preferably Travelport+/Smartpoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently with interruptions.
  • Personal effectiveness and credibility.
