We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Data Entry Operator to join our team either remotely or in our office.

In Short

• Enter large volumes of data into our system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify the accuracy of data entered by cross-checking it with source documents
• Maintain and update databases with new information as needed
• Follow data entry procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity
• Work closely with the research team to assist with any data-related tasks
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data entry
• Keep track of all data entry activities and provide regular progress reports
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of data entry and database software, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Work efficiently both individually and as part of a team
• High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during business hours
• Strong communication skills to report on progress and communicate effectively with team members
• Must be able to commute to our office location if working onsite
