We at FIR at RWTH Aachen are looking for talented and motivated professionals to drive the digital transformation for manufacturing companies together with us. Our focus is on optimizing business processes through digital solutions, standardization, and suitable change management.

In Short

• Diverse support for international research, industry, and event projects
• Development of concepts on topics such as process management, IT systems, and change management
• Independent research of scientific texts and preparation of literature for publications
• Assistance in planning, marketing, and executing our in-house event (CBA)

Requirements

• You are studying industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, project management, or similar
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You are enthusiastic about topics related to digitalization and business processes
• You are characterized by an independent, structured, and careful working style
