Overview

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team, leading others and driving growth and profits in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Lead a market-leading NAPA store with vision and collaboration.
• Take full responsibility for P&L and business planning.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer focus and high energy.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail or automotive management.
• Knowledge of inventory controls is a plus.
• Technical or Trade school courses or degree preferred.
• Entirely customer-centric approach.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
