Senior Conversion Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Conversion Specialist at eyeo, you will define and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates across eyeo’s consumer brands and websites, including AdBlock and Adblock Plus.

In Short

• Develop CRO tactics for AdBlock and Adblock Plus websites, apps, and extensions.
• Align optimization initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze user journeys to pinpoint bottlenecks and friction points.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of experiments.
• Use tools like Optimizely and Google Analytics for analysis.
• Manage CRO initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Exceptional analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proactive and collaborative team approach.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in CRO.
• Deep knowledge of website optimization.
• Experience with Optimizely or similar tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• HTML, CSS, and SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Prior experience with mobile apps and desktop extensions is a plus.
