Remote Social Worker

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Remote Social Worker. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to provide them with the necessary support and resources to help them navigate the challenges of their professional careers.

In Short

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Provide counseling and support services to clients and their families
• Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using technology and remote communication tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
