We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at Everstead Financial. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for multiple projects across the organization. You'll partner with project managers and department leaders to ensure projects are financially sound, stay within budget constraints, and meet profitability targets. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, project accounting, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial software
• Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting processes, and cost accounting
• Experience with project-based financial management and reporting
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
