Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in the funeral sector or completed training as a Funeral Specialist
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and individual support
• Excellent organizational skills, independent and responsible work style
• Team player with excellent communication and a positive, empathetic personality
• Good PC skills, ideally with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
