• Seeking a Nature Positive Consultant to drive systemic change for nature and climate.
• Work directly with clients to develop integrated strategies for biodiversity and climate transition.
• Contribute to Nature Positive Programme and deliver services in key focus areas.
• Support clients in designing corporate nature strategies aligned with leading frameworks.
• Prepare technical reports and client presentations.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental consulting or corporate sustainability.
• Fluency in Italian and C1 level English required.
• Strong communication and project management skills are essential.
• Flexible working environment with smart working contracts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in environmental or sustainability field.
• Experience in client-facing roles, coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with land-use intensive sectors or nature-based solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability.
• Experience with climate standards and frameworks such as GHG Protocol and SBTi.
• Proven experience with emerging nature standards and frameworks.
• Ability to deliver clear, structured technical content.
• Multi-stakeholder team leadership experience.
