This position is for a working student passionate about social media and content creation, focusing on TikTok and Instagram, to engage communities and create viral content.

In Short

• Create and edit TikTok and Instagram content (Reels, Videos, Stories).
• Develop creative and viral video formats around DIY, repair, and sustainability.
• Manage community interactions and analyze trends.
• Plan and conduct interviews with artisans for social media.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase reach on TikTok and Instagram.
• Support content optimization based on performance data.
• Participate in events and workshops with social media documentation.

Requirements

• Passion for social media and TikTok, with a knack for creating viral content.
• Experience in video production and editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot).
• Understanding of trends and audience engagement on TikTok and Instagram.
• Initiative and creative ideas for social media formats.
• Ideally some experience in community management or content creation.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Interest in crafts, DIY, or sustainability is a plus.
