This leadership role oversees a talented engineering team responsible for maintaining and optimizing SCADA systems and data communication networks that support reliable water and wastewater operations across multiple districts. You’ll guide Instrumentation & Controls Engineers, lead high-level technical projects, and champion best practices in process control while coaching and developing your team. The position also manages contractor work, supports automation standards, and builds strong partnerships with Operations and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. We’re looking for an experienced engineering professional with a background in SCADA or OT cybersecurity systems, strong technical skills in PLCs and automation platforms, and proven success leading teams in complex environments.
