Overview

As a distribution company in niche perfumery, skin, and nail care, we are looking for an Area Sales Advisor to enhance our presence in the Berlin and Hamburg regions. You will play a crucial role in promoting our brands and supporting their growth.

In Short

• Responsible for sales and brand promotion in your area.
• Ensure strong presence at the Point of Sale (POS).
• Conduct on-the-job training for retail teams.
• Engage directly with customers in premium department stores.

Requirements

• Completed training in retail, perfumery, or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience in retail or field sales.
• Experience in customer base development is a plus.
• Understanding of the cosmetics and luxury market.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Proficient with key performance indicators.
• Confident personality with strong sales and communication skills.
• High service orientation and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel within the area, preferably by train.
