In Short

• This is a fixed, full-time schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 8 am – 5 pm CST.
• Compensation: Up to $60k base salary + Profit Share Bonus Eligibility.
• Location: 100% Remote (Requires a quiet, dedicated workspace).
• Lead live, camera-on Zoom sessions connecting product knowledge and sales scripts.
• Manage the sales training curriculum within the LMS.
• Conduct live virtual role-plays and maintain training scorecards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and People Ops.
• Must have 2–4+ years in sales training or high-performing sales role.
• Strong virtual facilitation skills are essential.
• Comfort using AI tools to build and update content faster.

Requirements

• Experience in sales training, facilitation, or enablement.
• Proven experience with LMS administration.
• Experience with CRM and order/invoicing platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack.
• Bonus points for instructional design or curriculum development experience.
