We are currently building a new performance-driven e-commerce brand and are looking for someone who wants to learn how to turn videos into real revenue drivers.

Experience is nice, but not mandatory – what counts is your drive.

In Short

• Produce short video ads for Facebook & Instagram aimed at generating sales.
• Learn how to use hooks, cuts, text, and music to stop scrolling, get clicks, and generate sales.
• Work closely with our performance team without unnecessary complications.
• Receive direct feedback based on real numbers – what works will be scaled.
• Bring your own ideas, test, improve, and grow.

Requirements

• Think in structures, not chaos.
• Desire to master things, not just “try”.
• Self-organized, seeking solutions, not excuses.
• Eye for design & details and interest in marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus.
• Interest in direct response, e-commerce, and online sales.
