Overview

Elire is looking for a full-time Cloud HCM Senior Consultant to join their Cloud HCM Practice team, focusing on various sectors including business, IT, government, education, utilities, and healthcare.

In Short

• Client support for Core HR modules and related functionalities.
• Implementation of Redwood pages and Position Management.
• Assistance with HR Help Desk implementation.
• Support for modules like Recruiting, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Provide HCM expertise to Financials and Procurement teams.
• Develop reports for troubleshooting and client needs.
• Maintain productive relationships through meetings and contacts.
• Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct design sessions and create functional specifications.
• Accountability for project deliverables and coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Human Capital Management Software.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Core HR module.
• Technical skills in report writing and Redwood page configuration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% during peak project times.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Experience in consulting or relevant professional fields.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus.
