Egen is looking for a Senior Project Lead to join our growing Engagement team, helping companies transform and modernize their IT infrastructure.

In Short

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in professional services or client delivery.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Trained in project management and agile methodologies.
• Background in engineering or software architecture is a plus.
• Proactive and organized with a focus on reducing chaos.
