Overview

The Integrated Care Assistant provides essential administrative support to the DaVita Integrated Kidney Care Nurses and the Integrated Care National Team, ensuring accurate data management and communication.

In Short

  • Full-time remote role, Monday - Friday.
  • Collect, verify, and enter medical record information.
  • Communicate with hospitals and track patient admissions/discharges.
  • Transcribe lab results and follow up with providers.
  • Monitor reports and data feeds for accuracy.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Must reside in Mountain or Central time zones.
  • Prior administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Professional communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior administrative experience required.
  • Experience with remote work is a bonus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Basic proficiency with Medical Information System Technology (MIST) required within 60 days.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Microsoft Certification preferred.
