As part of our Design Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the Duelbits brand comes alive on screen. From sleek animations to fast-paced edits that feature ambassadors and streamers, your motion work will help define the look, feel, and energy of Duelbits across every channel.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Head of Design and Marketing team to turn creative briefs into standout, high-energy motion content.
• Edit and enhance footage from streamers, ambassadors, and campaigns, using strong transitions, colour grading, music, and sound design.
• Create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that strengthen brand identity.
• Deliver a wide range of formats, from promotional videos to interactive content.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to refine creative direction.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all motion outputs.
• Manage projects independently while collaborating with the creative team.
• Keep project files organized to support efficiency.
• Explore new tools and trends to innovate design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or Video Editor, ideally in gaming, sports, or entertainment.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong video and sound editing skills.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Based within UTC -5 to UTC -3 for collaboration.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
