Overview

The Truck Driver Recruiter Manager position is a 100% remote freelance role focused on leading and managing a team of truck driver recruiters, ensuring their success and motivation.

In Short

100% remote work from home position.
Freelance 1099 position.
Base salary of $500/week.
Commission of $25 per hire.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Lead and manage a team of remote recruiters.
Assist new recruiters with onboarding.
Conduct weekly team meetings.
Provide support and training to struggling recruiters.
Ensure fairness and accuracy in recruiter activities.

Requirements

Must have your own desktop computer or laptop.
Must have a cellphone.
