In Short

• Identify and research target customers, especially SMBs with poor email security setups
• Help prepare and send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects
• Support lead qualification and maintain CRM data
• Assist in crafting and testing outreach messaging and materials
• Join intro/demo calls with leads and take notes or help follow up
• Contribute ideas to improve sales strategy, scripts, and funnel conversion

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with potential clients.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and willingness to develop sales strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and contribute to the company's mission.
• Clear communicator in English (German is a bonus)
• Self-motivated and organized — able to manage your own time and outreach
• Comfortable in a remote, async environment and ready to take initiative
