Remote Travel Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an outgoing individual for our customer service/travel booker opportunity! As an Agent, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world.

In Short

• Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients
• Review individuals' needs and wants for travel
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification
• Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers
• Become an ambassador for the brand
• Work alongside other team members
• Provide suggested budgets for clients
• Monitor restrictions on travel
• Book travel needs including airline and hotel accommodations
• Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• Must have a smartphone with internet access
• Personal travel experience is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
