We’re seeking passionate, motivated individuals to become Dream Destination Designers—travel specialists who help clients turn their vacation goals into reality. This role allows you to work remotely while planning memorable travel experiences from start to finish.

In Short

• Design and coordinate travel experiences for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Research and book flights, resorts, cruises, excursions, and more.
• Customize itineraries based on clients’ needs, style, and budget.
• Stay informed on trending destinations and travel guidelines.
• Build and maintain client relationships through virtual consultations.
• Utilize provided tools to manage bookings and communications.
• Participate in virtual trainings and supplier events.

Requirements

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Passion for travel and helping others.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
• Basic tech skills (email, Zoom, booking platforms).
• No prior travel experience necessary—we’ll train you!
