The New Store Opening Manager will oversee the opening of stores for MillerKnoll Retail, interacting with various teams to ensure timely and successful store openings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Store Operations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Proven track record of on-time and on-budget project completion.
• Strong financial acumen and cost management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Capability to manage ambiguity and change.
• Technology acumen, particularly with Microsoft Office and Airtable.
• Willingness to travel for store openings.
