Graphic Designer with Video Experience - Remote

We’re Design Shopp — a creative agency based in Montreal, passionate about thoughtful design, smart strategy, and bringing brands to life through striking, purposeful content.

We’re looking to welcome a creative, experienced, and proudly detail-obsessed Graphic Designer (yes, a total design perfectionist—in the best way!) with strong skills in video creation to join our growing remote team.

This is a full-time, remote position—so whether you're based in Vancouver, Montreal, Halifax, or anywhere in between, if you’ve got the skills and the eye, we’d love to hear from you.

In Short

• Designing digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Editing short-form videos for marketing campaigns, reels, YouTube, and client content.
• Collaborating closely with our Marketing team to bring campaigns to life.
• Creating graphics that align with client brands while also pushing creative boundaries.
• Working independently and managing multiple projects at once.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both graphic and video work (include your link!).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience editing social media video content (think: promo reels, tutorials, interviews).
• A knack for brand storytelling, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfortable working on deadlines, receiving feedback, and improving collaboratively.
