Requirements

• Relevant master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in valuation, M&A transactions, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent command of Excel for developing complex financial models.
• Good communication skills in English and Finnish.
• Previous valuation experience and CFA candidacy are assets.
