Remote Associate Therapist - LMHCA or LCSWA

Overview

This role is for an LMHCA or LCSWA in the Triangle area who wants a part-time remote caseload, free supervision, and work that genuinely matters, delivering teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.

• Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered

• $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy

Requirements

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time)
• Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Preferred

• CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
• School-based or youth clinical experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
