Overview

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Morganton and Hickory area of Western North Carolina for a part-time remote role.

In Short

• Part-time W2 remote role with free supervision and guaranteed pay.
• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
• Weekly individual and group supervision included.
• Work from home anywhere in North Carolina.
• Afternoon and evening hours, Mon–Fri 3–8 PM.
• No billing, no credentialing, no admin tasks.
• Focus on serving culturally competent mental health care to Latin American communities.
• Experience with or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina required.

• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM.
