User Experience (UX) Designer - Remote

Overview

As a UX Designer at MEINRECHT.de, you will help shape one of the most innovative legal platforms in Germany, focusing on user experience throughout the customer journey, ensuring intuitive use, excellent user flows, and maximum customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Develop and advance the UX strategy through user tests, interviews, and analyses.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes while collaborating closely with development and product management.
• Contribute ideas for new features and services to enhance product development.
• Work cross-functionally with developers, digital marketing, and business development to align the platform with customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with UX standards, accessibility, and user-friendliness across all devices.

Requirements

• Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the platform or LegalTech sector.
• Practical experience with UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience in conducting usability tests and user analyses.
• Ability to translate complex issues into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• High sense of responsibility, creativity, and an eye for trends in digital design.
