As a Technical Project Manager at Cro Metrics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s products and their project workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

In Short

Define requirements, features, user stories, and manage product launches.
Be the first point of contact for client requests and problem-solving.
Monitor and manage the budget and scope of programs.
Handle a high volume of task switching and provide regular updates to clients.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Organize and lead client status meetings.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and track performance metrics.
Quickly learn and adapt to processes and client business understanding.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in product and/or project management.
Proven experience with key stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts.
Experience with project management tools and processes.
Direct experience writing requirements for software engineers.
Strong relationship building and communication skills.
Experience with product lifecycle management methodologies.
Experience with user research and data analysis.
Proficiency in product management tools.
A/B testing knowledge is a plus.
