Overview

The Digital Insurance Project Manager will oversee and manage the implementation of new and existing projects within CoverGo's operations, leading transformative projects in the insurtech industry.

In Short

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and clients
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits
• Participate in proposal and POC processes
• Support the creation of contracts and communication with clients
• Identify growth opportunities for existing clients
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Host regular project reviews and create reports
• Continuously optimize and improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is a plus
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Insurance domain knowledge is a must
• Strong client-facing experience is a must
• Technical skills are a plus
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to complete projects on scope, budget, and timeline
• Fluent in French
