In Short

• Independent management of exciting mandates (startups, SMEs, scale-ups) in all tax matters
• Preparation and review of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Ongoing tax advice and support for clients on complex issues (e.g., financing rounds, employee participation, international business)
• Close collaboration with our accounting team and support in accounting, payroll, and VAT processes
• Co-design and review of digital processes, automation solutions, and tools
• Point of contact for tax authorities and tax audits

Requirements

• Qualified tax consultant (with professional experience in a firm)
• Solid knowledge of tax law and the preparation and review of annual financial statements
• Experience in managing capital and personal companies
• Enjoy working with digital tools and automation solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and independent working style
• Optional: Experience with startups, scale-ups, or international structures
