In Short

• We are looking for a YouTube Scriptwriter to produce educational video scripts.
• Leverage AI best practices for scriptwriting.
• Produce 100 high-quality talking-head video scripts per month.
• Most videos will be 7-15 minutes long.
• Must write 5 completed scripts per day.
• Base salary plus monthly performance bonus based on video views.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube algorithms and retention techniques required.
• Remote full-time position.
• English must be your native language.
• Experience with AI for writing long-form content preferred.

• Must be an AI power user for research and writing.
• Past experience writing YouTube scripts is preferred.
• Comfortable with a high volume of scripts.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube algorithm and retention techniques.

Benefits

• Base salary of $40,000 per year.
• Monthly bonus based on YouTube profit contribution.
