The Level 3 Infrastructure Engineer will support the growth and maturity of cloud operations at Core, specializing in Microsoft Azure and managing cloud infrastructure for clients across 57 countries.

In Short

Management and optimization of Azure IaaS/PaaS and M365 platforms.
Contribute to operational reference architectures.
Ensure security best practices are implemented.
Support remediation of infrastructure vulnerabilities.
Align operational processes with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework.
Act as an escalation point for service desk issues.
Liaise with 3rd party vendors as needed.
Manage production changes effectively.
Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

Experience with Azure Virtual Machine management and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Knowledge of Windows Server OS and SQL PaaS.
Understanding of Azure networking technologies.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with security practices and tools.
Experience working for a Managed Services Provider.
