  • Provide clinical support to internal and external customers.
  • Work on cross-functional teams for software applications.
  • Serve as Clinical Content SME as needed.
  • Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements

  • AAPC CPC certification or AHIMA CCS-P certification required.
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience in coding, claims processing, or auditing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field desired.
  • Experience in third-party claims processing and Medicare billing required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare IT and clinical editing.
  • Medical background (Registered Nurse) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with claims processing systems like NASCO and Facets QNXT.
