Product Designer UX/UI (Digital Ecosystem) - Remote

Overview

In this role, as a Product Designer UX/UI (Digital Ecosystem), you will design and enhance the user experience and interface of a large-scale media platform, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent with the organization's Design System.

In Short

• Design complex user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for new product features.
• Implement and evolve components within the corporate Design System using Figma or Sketch.
• Collaborate with Graphic and Motion Designers for aesthetic alignment.
• Conduct usability tests and heuristic evaluations to identify friction points.
• Partner with the Experience Designer to visualize product integrations.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet accessibility standards.
• Work in a collaborative, international team environment.
• Focus on user-centered solutions that drive engagement and usability.
• Maintain high standards of design consistency across the ecosystem.
• Contribute to a culture of modern engineering and strategic visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of Design Systems and scalable interface frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into elegant, usable design solutions.
• Solid knowledge of usability testing and interaction design principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary product environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is desirable.
• Experience with interconnected digital product ecosystems.
• Familiarity with animation tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie) is a plus.
• Exposure to A/B testing and data-driven design decisions is advantageous.
