Freelance 3D Modeler - Visual Merchandising and Planograms (SketchUp) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a freelance 3D Modeler with strong SketchUp skills to support our team in building and updating retail fixture modules for a top U.S. cosmetics brand.

In Short

• Freelance position for 12 weeks with a leading U.S. cosmetics brand.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
• Build and update 3D models of store fixtures based on provided POGs.
• Translate planograms into visual merchandising-ready showroom layouts.
• Create clean, client-facing renderings (V-Ray experience is a bonus).
• Work on 35+ planogram-based fixture updates over the project duration.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on weekly priorities.
• Proficient in SketchUp and understand visual merchandising workflows.
• Must be available full-time for the entire 12-week project.
• Experience in cosmetics, retail, or branded environments is preferred.

• Proficient in SketchUp.
• Experience with planograms and visual merchandising.
• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo 3 days/week.
• Full-time availability with no planned time off.
• Experience in cosmetics, retail, or branded environments.
