Senior Statistical Programmer Consultant - Oncology - Remote

Overview

This role involves working directly for a single sponsor while benefiting from the security and opportunities of a global CRO. The Senior Statistical Programmer Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the development of datasets in a compliant format and ensuring high-quality statistical programming deliverables.

In Short

• Provide oversight for dataset development in CDISC compliant format.
• Review and generate SDTM mapping specifications and related documents.
• Accountable for oversight of statistical programming deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and problem-solving for complex issues.
• Independently develop SAS programs for study needs.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAS language and procedures.
• Manage junior programmers' work.
• Develop standard macros for output production.
• Adhere to company SOPs and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional groups and partners.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in statistical programming with clinical data.
• Experience in oncology therapeutic area required.
• Strong SAS programming skills with proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Stat, and SAS/Macros.
• CDISC proficiency required.
• SAS/GRAPH experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
